Specialist HR Business Partner

About the role

The Specialist HR Business Partner will support leaders in shaping employee strategy, act as the primary HR liaison for an assigned business area, and ensure alignment with corporate HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Supports leaders in designing employee strategy for their area of responsibility.
• Acts as HR Business Partner for the assigned unit, coordinating with all HR functions.
• Organises information for annual salary increases, personnel planning and cost management.
• Leads strategic workforce planning and communicates staffing requirements to HR Recruiting.
• Manages talent management, succession planning and supports salary change processes.
• Provides coaching and consultancy on leadership, competency management and team development.
• Handles exit support and ensures smooth onboarding when required.

Required profile

• University degree.
• At least one year of experience in the automotive industry (preferred).
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management and conflict resolution abilities.
• Target‑ and result‑orientation, motivation, resilience and self‑organization.
• Teamwork and ability to work in a dynamic environment.
