About the role
LEONI is seeking a Specialist/Expert Technician Maintenance to ensure the optimal functionality and technical availability of production equipment in its Tunisia facility. The role supports Total Productive Maintenance initiatives and contributes to reducing downtime and spare‑part costs.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain and monitor production equipment, ensuring adherence to maintenance plans and taking corrective actions.
- Conduct preventive, predictive and unplanned maintenance, and support equipment installation, movement, and re‑qualification.
- Manage spare‑part lists, optimize stock levels, and evaluate repair reports to minimize unplanned maintenance.
- Oversee maintenance of utilities, fire‑prevention systems, security cameras, and machine/software functionality.
Required profile
- Minimum BTS (Industrial Maintenance, Mechanical or equivalent) education.
- Experience in an industrial or production environment.
- Analytical mindset with strong prioritisation and proactive attitude.
