Specialist Compliance & Reporting IMDS

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IMDS Specialist (Compliance & Reporting Services) to ensure that our automotive operations meet regulatory requirements and internal standards for IMDS, REACh and SCIP. You will manage reporting processes, support supplier compliance and help optimise internal procedures in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with IMDS, REACh and SCIP regulations and internal standards.
• Manage and support supplier evaluation and reporting processes.
• Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain and update internal procedures, guidelines and documentation.
• Analyse data accuracy and validate information supplied by third parties.
• Monitor deadlines and guarantee timely execution of compliance activities.
• Support process improvements and the implementation of internal standards.
• Provide regular reporting and performance statistics for IMDS, REACh, etc.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to analyse processes and resolve problems.

Required profile

• University degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in the automotive industry, preferably in regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with IMDS and strong knowledge of English; German is a plus.
• Analytical, process‑oriented mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
