Specialist Capacity Planning, CapEx & Fixed Assets

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Specialist in Capacity Planning, CapEx and Fixed Assets to drive production efficiency and support new product implementation within its Tunisian operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and lead efficiency improvement activities using tools such as KOSU, VSM and 5S.
• Analyze production processes with industrial engineering methods, identify bottlenecks, MUDA and implement corrective measures.
• Balance production processes based on time analysis and integrate solutions into the production area.
• Maintain manufacturing master data, including workstation documents, MES data, capacity and ramp‑up planning.
• Support new product introductions and technical changes, coordinating with country and production management teams.
• Conduct time studies using REFA or MTM methodologies.

Required profile

• Education: Bachelor’s degree plus 5 years (BAC +5) in a technical or scientific field.
• Experience: At least 1 year in industrial engineering or manufacturing process analysis.
• Languages: French and English.
• Social competences: Communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, result orientation, resilience, self‑organization, conflict management, teamwork.
