Sourcing Specialist

About the role

The Sourcing Specialist will work on‑site in Tunis to identify, evaluate and manage suppliers that support RIDA Technical Services’ engineering and project operations. You will conduct market research, obtain and compare quotations, and negotiate contracts to ensure quality, cost‑effectiveness and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Perform market analysis and supplier research to meet project specifications.
• Prepare, issue and evaluate RFQs, compare quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Draft, review and manage supplier contracts ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and monitor performance against KPIs.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management and procurement teams to align sourcing with technical requirements.
• Support recruitment sourcing for key technical roles when required.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability for cost analysis and market research.
• Effective communication for internal and external stakeholder interaction.
• Experience in procurement processes (RFQs, purchase orders, supplier relationship management).
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in oil, gas, energy or industrial sectors is highly desirable.
• Ability to work on‑site in Tunis, manage multiple priorities and use ERP tools.
• High attention to detail, ethical judgment and commitment to safety and sustainability.
