Software Engineer (Web SDK)

About the role

Storyteller is looking for a proactive Software Engineer to own and evolve its Web SDK and the backend services that power it. You will work on features that are live for major sports and media brands, using AI tools to design, build, and refine solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship Web SDK features end‑to‑end, often with AI assistance.
• Improve performance, reliability, and developer ergonomics of the SDK and supporting services.
• Debug complex issues across the SDK, backend, and browsers using logs, metrics, and systematic hypotheses.
• Collaborate with Product and Delivery to translate real customer use‑cases into simple, pragmatic solutions.
• Enhance documentation, code examples, and integration guides to streamline partner onboarding.

• Comfortable thinking in terms of problems, constraints, and outcomes rather than isolated tickets.
• Committed to owning work from conception through delivery and continuous improvement.
