Social Media Manager – YouTube Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a data‑driven, creative Social Media Manager who specializes in YouTube. You will lead channel optimization, performance auditing, and strategic packaging across our YouTube ecosystem to boost growth, engagement, and monetization.

Key responsibilities

• Audit long‑standing channels, identify performance drop‑offs and design comprehensive optimization plans.
• Develop high‑CTR titles, thumbnail concepts, and SEO‑driven descriptions for new and back‑catalog videos.
• Implement tactics to improve RPM, audience retention and overall revenue performance.
• Deep‑dive into YouTube Analytics to track growth metrics and deliver actionable insights.
• Monitor community interaction, engage with subscribers and incorporate viewer feedback into content strategy.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience managing and growing YouTube channels with proven results.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset combined with creative storytelling ability.
• Excellent communication, collaborative spirit and high motivation.
