About the role

This project focuses on evaluating the quality of AI chatbot responses for real‑world small business scenarios. You will create realistic prompts, interact with multiple chatbots, and provide structured feedback to help improve AI performance.

Key responsibilities

• Create realistic business‑related prompts based on defined user goals.
• Engage with up to five turns per conversation across multiple AI chatbots.
• Assess responses for clarity, usefulness, and accuracy.
• Provide structured comparative evaluations and submit conversation transcripts.
• Produce visual marketing content and support day‑to‑day operational queries.
• Conduct market research and contribute ideas within your expertise.
• Work with data, spreadsheets, PDFs, and images to support analysis and financial planning.

Required profile

• Business owner or strong understanding of small business operations.
• Strong analytical and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Ability to follow structured evaluation guidelines.
• Comfortable interacting with AI tools and platforms.
