Site Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Scatec is seeking a Site Warehouse Supervisor to act as the on‑site focal point for material and warehouse management during renewable energy project execution in Tunisia. You will ensure safe, efficient handling of all material reception, storage, inventory control and handover activities, directly supporting construction progress and project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate material deliveries, receiving, inspections, documentation and unloading operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and full material traceability through the Site Material Register (SMR).
• Manage discrepancies, damages, shortages, non‑conformances, quarantine controls and corrective actions.
• Supervise warehouse subcontractors and ensure compliance with HSE, quality, environmental and security requirements.
• Conduct inventory counts, reconciliations, reporting and support audits and project close‑out activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse/Materials Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, material control or logistics within EPC, construction, power or renewable energy projects.
• Experience supervising warehouse subcontractors or service providers.
• Fluent in English; French and Arabic highly desirable.
• Ability to work full‑time at a remote construction site.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of material receiving, inventory management, preservation, discrepancies and NCR processes.
• Experience with ERP, inventory management systems or WMS.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
