Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) – Mid Level

About the role

We are seeking a mid‑level Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our critical business product. The role blends SRE principles with DevOps practices, focusing on a Windows‑based enterprise environment and supporting our AWS migration.

Key responsibilities

• Own production reliability, define and monitor SLIs/SLOs, and lead incident response and root‑cause analysis.
• Operate and maintain Windows Server environments, manage BizTalk and Linux‑based applications, and enforce security best practices.
• Automate operational tasks, maintain CI/CD pipelines, and improve release reliability.
• Contribute to AWS migration, applying SRE practices to enhance resilience and scalability.

Required profile

• Proven SRE or infrastructure engineering experience with a strong reliability mindset.
• Solid experience managing Windows Server and SQL Server operations.
• Excellent troubleshooting, incident response, and production support skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an English‑speaking international environment.

Required skills

• PowerShell, Shell or Python scripting.
• Automation and DevOps tooling, CI/CD pipeline development.
• Experience with BizTalk, Citrix, and AWS services (EC2, VPC, IAM, monitoring).
• Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and observability platforms.
