Shift Leader Production

About the role

The Shift Leader Production will manage and supervise the production shift unit, ensuring that defined objectives and KPIs are met. This role contributes to continuous improvement and guarantees compliance with standard governance and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the shift organization unit according to objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Lead direct reports, plan regular team activities, and cover all production stages.
• Define team members' objectives, tasks, and responsibilities, providing clear instructions and performance evaluation.
• Identify training needs, support professional development, and apply measures to improve team performance and flexibility.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production management or a related position.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong communication, social and intercultural sensitivity, and change‑management abilities.
• Target‑oriented, motivated, resilient, self‑organized, and capable of conflict management and teamwork.
