Shift Leader Production

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Shift Leader Production to oversee a production shift within its automotive wiring systems division. The role involves managing a team, ensuring adherence to KPIs, and driving continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the shift team, planning activities to cover all production stages and respond to incoming requests.
• Define objectives, tasks and responsibilities for team members and monitor performance against defined KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and implement measures to enhance service delivery and process compliance.
• Ensure standard and governance adherence, oversee process execution, and maintain quality standards.
• Assess training and development needs, support professional growth, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Promote team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal development.

Required profile

• University degree (any discipline).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production management or a related role.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change‑management orientation, result‑driven mindset, motivation, resilience, self‑organization, conflict management and teamwork abilities.
