Shift Leader Production

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Shift Leader Production to manage and supervise a production shift unit. The role ensures operational excellence, compliance with standards, and contributes to customer satisfaction and financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the shift organization unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and drive service delivery enhancements.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, safety, environmental regulations, and OPEX procedures.
• Lead direct reports, define objectives, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Plan regular team activities to cover all production stages and respond to requests.
• Identify training needs, support professional development, and promote coaching and change management.
• Report risks and opportunities, maintain order and cleanliness, and use resources efficiently.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Strong social competences: conflict management, feedback, moderation, negotiation, presentation, problem‑solving, and project management.
