Shift Leader Operations Quality Product

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Shift Leader for Operations Quality Product to manage and supervise the quality unit on a shift basis. The role ensures compliance with standards, governance, and process execution while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Operations Quality unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Enforce standard and governance adherence, overseeing process execution.
• Lead direct reports, define objectives, tasks, and monitor results.
• Plan team activities to cover all stages and respond to requests.
• Identify training needs, support professional development, and apply measures for team performance and flexibility.
• Authority to stop production lines for non‑conformities and release after corrective actions.
• Supervise sorting activities to protect customers and manage quality costs.
• Resolve quality problems escalated from production or customers and ensure solutions are applied across facilities.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management.
• Fluent in French and English.
