Shift Leader – Operations Quality

About the role

The Shift Leader Operations Quality manages and supervises the Operations Quality unit, ensuring adherence to defined objectives, KPIs and governance standards. The role leads a team of direct reports, drives continuous improvement, and holds authority to stop production lines when non‑conformities are identified.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Operations Quality organization unit, defining objectives, tasks and monitoring results.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Enforce standard and governance compliance, overseeing process execution and sorting activities to protect customers.
• Authorize production line stops for non‑conformities and release after corrective actions.
• Coordinate transversal resolution of quality problems, including recurring incidents, warranty returns and red alerts, ensuring solutions are applied across all facilities.
• Plan regular team activities, define objectives for team members, and support their training and development.

Required profile

• University degree in a scientific field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality management.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong social and intercultural sensitivity, change‑management capability, and result orientation.
• Ability to manage conflict, work in teams and demonstrate resilience.
