SEO Specialist – Drive International Organic Growth

About the role

Pluxee is looking for an SEO Specialist to boost organic visibility across multiple international markets. Working within a global digital marketing hub‑and‑spoke model, you will partner with regional teams to design and execute data‑driven SEO strategies that drive traffic and support business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies tailored to local markets.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits to identify technical, content and backlink opportunities.
• Perform in‑depth keyword research to guide content creation and link‑building campaigns.
• Optimize website elements such as meta tags, headings, internal linking and URL structures.
• Lead off‑page initiatives, including outreach and partnership building to increase domain authority.
• Monitor performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs and SEMrush, and produce regular reports with actionable insights.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, product and digital teams across at least two countries.

Required profile

• Proven experience in SEO for multi‑market or international environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into optimization tactics.
• Excellent communication skills to work with cross‑functional and regional teams.
• Self‑motivated and comfortable operating in a fast‑paced, data‑focused setting.
