Senior Site Reliability Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, availability and performance of our core business product. The role combines SRE principles with DevOps practices, focusing on a Windows‑based environment while supporting our migration to AWS.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive production reliability, availability and performance of the product.
• Define, monitor and improve Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and operational KPIs.
• Lead incident management, troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis.
• Automate operational tasks, standardise processes and implement proactive monitoring.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps tooling.
• Operate and maintain a Windows Server‑based infrastructure.
• Contribute to the AWS migration strategy and execution, moving workloads from on‑premises to the cloud.

Required profile

• Proven senior experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability or infrastructure engineer with a strong SRE mindset.
• Extensive background managing Windows Server environments.
• Excellent troubleshooting, incident response and production support capabilities.
• Comfortable working in English within an international team.
• Strong communication skills, proactive attitude and ability to take initiative.
