Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Big Data)

About the role

ADP is seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to lead the transition of its reporting platform to a next‑generation analytics solution. You will work with cross‑functional teams across the US and ESI to build a highly reliable, automated infrastructure that supports predictable deployments and proactive monitoring.

Key responsibilities

• Stabilize and upgrade the current reporting platform to the next‑generation solution.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation and monitoring tools for Tier 3 support.
• Deliver DevOps capabilities that ensure reliable, repeatable deployments and upgrades.
• Collaborate with developers, operations, and multi‑functional teams to resolve issues quickly.
• Participate in daily scrums, communicate priorities, and share system designs.

Required profile

• Proven experience with microservices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to migrate data and systems between technology stacks.
• Strong collaboration skills with development teams and a passion for automation.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of industry best practices and security fundamentals.
