Senior SAP Basis Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior SAP Basis Consultant to lead both Run and Build activities across our SAP landscapes. The role demands strong hands‑on expertise, autonomy, and the ability to collaborate with on‑shore teams and customers in a fast‑paced delivery environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end support for SAP system operations, including incident and problem management (P1/P2), upgrades, patches and routine maintenance.
• Collaborate with US‑based delivery teams and India‑based offshore resources, ensuring seamless integration of on‑shore and offshore activities.
• Assess SAP environments, identify risks or improvement opportunities and deliver clear, actionable recommendations to customers.
• Help build and eventually lead a shared offshore team, with a potential transition to offshore team management within 9‑12 months.
• Balance priorities across multiple managed‑service customers while maintaining high service quality.

Required profile

• 8‑10+ years of experience in SAP Basis administration (both ABAP and Java stacks).
• Proven track record in managed‑services or multi‑client environments.
• Fluent English and French language skills.
• Willingness to work the shift of 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM Tunisia time (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM US Eastern).
• Strong communication, collaboration and customer‑service mindset.
