Senior Program Buyer – Relocation to Algeria

About the role

The Senior Program Buyer will act as the bridge between Stellantis' Purchasing function and platform teams (engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain) to support vehicle development and serial production. Relocation to Algeria is a prerequisite for this position.

Key responsibilities

• Manage supplier kick‑off meetings after award and drive local supplier readiness.
• Plan and coordinate execution of supplier activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Control and negotiate the impact of design and schedule changes, focusing on cost and timing.
• Negotiate potential volume increases during development phases.
• Release final start‑of‑production pricing, including handling project change notices.
• Identify troubled suppliers or potential shortages and coordinate escalation with stakeholders.
• Support Supplier Quality teams to achieve capacity and quality targets.
• Lead summary meetings with cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supplier selection, management, and contract compliance.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams during vehicle development.
• Strong negotiation skills for economic and timing impacts.
• Experience detecting and mitigating supplier risks.
