Senior Product Support Analyst

About the role

The Senior Product Support Analyst will provide application and technical assistance for Infor M3 Finance modules to customers worldwide. You will act as the primary liaison between the company and its users, resolving complex functional and technical issues while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and resolve customer inquiries related to Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cost Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
• Perform functional and data analysis, testing, and troubleshooting to identify root causes and validate solutions.
• Communicate status updates and resolution timelines to customers, adhering to established SLAs.
• Collaborate with fellow analysts, escalate issues when needed, and provide feedback to development teams.
• Participate in regression testing, validation of fixes, and knowledge‑base documentation.
• Continuously expand expertise in Infor M3 Finance and related ERP technologies.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus with excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to dissect financial data and system behavior.
• Team player capable of building effective relationships with peers and stakeholders.
• Relevant degree or master’s in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
