Senior Partnerships & Business Development Manager

About the role

Ouinex, a next‑generation trading platform that unifies cryptocurrencies, derivatives, FX, CFDs and traditional markets, is looking for a Senior Partnerships & Business Development Manager. This senior role focuses on building high‑value strategic relationships that drive deposits, active users and trading volume, rather than traditional sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, negotiate and launch partnerships with trading communities, academies, signal providers, educators, influencers and key opinion leaders.
• Recruit and manage Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, referral partners and other distribution channels.
• Explore opportunities with proprietary trading firms, funded trader programs, fintech platforms and complementary service providers.
• Develop and execute regional partnership growth strategies and commercial agreements.
• Monitor partner performance, optimise commercial outcomes and report results.
• Represent Ouinex at industry events, conferences, webinars and networking opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations and management teams to maximise partner success.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, affiliate management, institutional sales or broker/exchange growth.
• Proven track record of generating trading volume for a crypto exchange, FX/CFD broker, prop firm or fintech platform.
• Established network within crypto, derivatives, FX, CFDs, trading communities, affiliates or institutional trading ecosystems.
• Strong negotiation, relationship management and independent, entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
