Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Functional Solutions Consultant with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement. The role involves leading business transformation projects, designing end‑to‑end CRM solutions, and ensuring successful delivery that drives measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead discovery workshops, gather requirements, and analyse business processes.
• Translate requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 CRM designs and functional specifications.
• Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Marketing/Customer Insights, and optionally Field Service.
• Define entities, forms, workflows, security models, and collaborate on integrations and data migration.
• Act as trusted advisor to stakeholders, facilitate executive presentations, and guide CRM roadmap.
• Lead functional workstreams, mentor junior consultants, and support project planning and risk management.
• Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio) to automate processes and innovate solutions.
• Develop training materials, conduct UAT, support change management, and provide post‑go‑live support.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Computer Science or related field.
• 7+ years delivering CRM solutions, with at least 5 years hands‑on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Proven experience in business process analysis, solution design, and leading enterprise CRM projects.
