Senior KPO Engineer (Continuous Improvement)

About the role

Pursuit Aerospace, a global manufacturer of complex aircraft engine components, is looking for a Senior KPO Engineer (Kaizen Production Office) in Ben Arous, Tunisia. The role supports the development and implementation of Kaizen, building a workplace culture where employees across the company continuously improve safety, quality, delivery and cost.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead Kaizen workshops, making sure all stakeholders are involved in improving processes.
• Design and build equipment of the right size.
• Train and teach PLC programming.
• Review proposed Kaizen projects and assign the right team members; recommend changes to get the best results.
• Work closely with management, support large projects and lead smaller ones.
• Track Kaizen action items, find opportunities to apply Kaizen strategy and tools, and act as a change agent promoting Kaizen.
• Provide training on Kaizen principles and build strong relationships with leadership and management at all levels.
• Help teams sustain improvements, consolidate Kaizen results for business reviews, and maintain Kaizen folders in SharePoint.

Required profile

• Knowledge of Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
• Knowledge of PLC, electrical and hydraulics.
• Fluent data-driven analysis and performance metrics, including data visualizations for presentations.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and ability to mentor and facilitate Lean culture change.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Preferred: 10-15 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
