About the role

TAV Technologies is looking for a Senior Java Developer to join its global aviation software team. You will work fully remotely, contributing to innovative solutions that shape the future of aviation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Java‑based aviation software applications.
• Collaborate with international, cross‑functional teams to deliver digital transformation projects.
• Participate in agile Scrum processes, ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality code.
• Utilize containerisation and cloud technologies to deploy scalable services.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken English; Turkish is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of professional Java development experience.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.

• Java, Java EE, Spring, Spring Boot, JPA (Hibernate), JAX‑RS, JAX‑WS, Spring Cloud.
• Git, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Kafka, Redis, NoSQL databases.
