Senior HubSpot Administrator

About the role

Regnology is seeking a Senior HubSpot Administrator to own and evolve our HubSpot Marketing implementation. You will be the primary technical liaison for Marketing and Presales, ensuring the platform aligns with business processes and integrates smoothly with Salesforce.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the subject‑matter expert for HubSpot Marketing, managing campaigns, emails, landing pages, forms, workflows, lists and lead scoring.
• Configure and maintain marketing automation, nurture workflows, segmentation, lifecycle stages and lead‑routing logic.
• Ensure data quality through deduplication, normalization and healthy contact/company records.
• Own reporting and dashboards for marketing performance, funnel metrics and campaign attribution.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for Marketing and Presales, translating requirements into HubSpot configurations.
• Manage the HubSpot‑Salesforce sync, including field mappings, lead/contact flow and campaign membership, and monitor sync health.
• Track HubSpot product updates, test changes before release and maintain documentation and governance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of hands‑on HubSpot administration with deep functional expertise in Marketing Hub.
• Proven experience owning a HubSpot environment and shaping its processes.
• Ability to work closely with Marketing and Presales teams, translating needs into configuration.
• Solid understanding of core Salesforce concepts (data model, security, campaigns, lead flow).
• HubSpot Marketing Software certification and strong data‑management practices.
