Senior Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

Maaarpay is seeking a Senior Growth & Digital Marketing Specialist to drive global customer acquisition and brand expansion for its digital payments platform. You will shape the marketing strategy, lead performance campaigns across multiple channels, and deliver measurable growth in international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s global growth marketing strategy.
• Own customer acquisition across paid and organic channels, managing six‑figure advertising budgets.
• Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns on Meta, Google, X, LinkedIn, Reddit, TikTok and other platforms.
• Build scalable acquisition funnels, conversion optimisation, and lifecycle‑marketing programmes.
• Analyse performance data, present actionable insights and improve ROAS while reducing CAC.
• Drive App Store Optimization (ASO) and enhance mobile app acquisition.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering and business teams to accelerate growth.
• Mentor junior marketers and establish best‑practice processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in growth or digital marketing, preferably in FinTech, payments or related financial services.
• Proven track record managing six‑figure annual advertising budgets.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and reporting tools.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced startup environment.
