Senior Full Stack Developer (m/f/d)

About the role

You will join the product team of a European tech company that is building an agentic AI product from the ground up. The position is based in Tunis on a permanent contract, and you will work closely with distributed colleagues across Europe and the US.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship production‑ready web applications that form the core of the AI product.
• Own full‑stack features end‑to‑end, from React/Vue front‑ends to Node.js or Python back‑ends.
• Define and evolve the tech stack and system architecture, building scalable API micro‑services with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to deliver technically robust and product‑focused solutions.
• Mentor team members, raise code quality standards and improve tooling.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in agile product development.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast‑changing early‑stage product environments.
