Senior Full Stack Developer – AI Product

About the role

You will join a European tech company’s product team that is building an agentic AI product from the ground up. Working remotely with a distributed team across Europe and the US, you will be employed by Scope Merge in Tunis on a permanent, full‑time basis.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and ship production‑ready web applications that form the core of the AI product.
• Own full‑stack features end‑to‑end, from React/Vue front‑ends to Node.js/Python back‑ends.
• Define and evolve the tech stack and system architecture, building scalable API micro‑services with Docker, Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with AI engineers, product managers and other stakeholders to deliver technically robust and product‑focused software.
• Mentor teammates, raise code quality standards and improve tooling across the engineering team.

Required profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• At least 5 years of hands‑on experience in agile product development.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Comfort with ambiguity and rapid change in an early‑stage product environment.
