Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

The Africa Regional Finance team seeks a hands‑on Senior Financial Analyst to support strategic decision‑making, budgeting, forecasting and reporting for Glovo in Tunisia.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bi‑weekly cash‑flow forecasts and variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate partner invoicing, payments and produce regular AR, AP, inventory and billing reports.
• Respond to ad‑hoc inquiries from internal and external stakeholders, including HQ, regional teams, vendors and banks.
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of management and financial reports.
• Support implementation of new ERP systems and business‑process optimisation initiatives.
• Act as trusted advisor to the Commercial team on finance‑related topics and lead finance projects to improve processes and data reliability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a finance role, preferably in FP&A or finance operations.
• Fluency in Business English and strong analytical, problem‑solving and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets.
