Senior Finance Manager – Crypto Exchange

About the role

We are looking for a senior finance professional to lead the financial operations of Ouinex, a cryptocurrency trading platform. The role involves building scalable finance processes, ensuring accurate accounting of digital assets and fiat, and delivering reliable reporting in a fast‑growing, regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities and jurisdictions, including reconciliation of digital assets, trading fees and fiat movements.
• Review, consolidate and analyse financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) to ensure IFRS compliance and clear revenue, treasury and liquidity reporting.
• Develop financial models, budgeting and forecasting tools, and create real‑time BI dashboards for strategic decision‑making.
• Oversee multi‑jurisdictional tax compliance and crypto‑specific financial obligations.
• Assess, select and implement finance systems or ERP solutions to streamline reporting and reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flow, optimise treasury functions and design risk‑management strategies to protect company assets.
• Act as primary liaison with external accountants, auditors and regulators for filings and compliance.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in financial management, accounting or related roles, preferably in fintech, crypto or trading environments.
• Strong knowledge of crypto exchange accounting, transaction reconciliation and IFRS standards.
• Experience with multi‑jurisdictional tax regulations and compliance in the crypto space.
• Hands‑on experience implementing financial systems (ERP, accounting software) and using BI tools for analysis.
