Senior Finance Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join a multinational company operating in Tunisia. The role will support finance and strategy functions, providing insights that shape business decisions and ensuring accurate financial operations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare bi‑weekly cash‑flow forecasts and perform variance analysis.
• Ensure accurate invoicing and payments for partners.
• Produce regular and ad‑hoc reports on accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventories, and billing.
• Respond to inquiries from internal HQ, regional teams, and external stakeholders such as vendors and banks.
• Assist with monthly reconciliation of management and financial reports.
• Communicate regularly with regional and HQ stakeholders.
• Support implementation of new ERP systems and business process improvements.
• Act as a trusted finance advisor to the Commercial team.
• Collaborate with the Finance & Strategy team on FP&A, business planning, and monthly closings.
• Lead finance‑related projects to improve processes and data reliability.
• Work closely with Global Finance teams (Billing, Treasury, Accounts Payable, Accounting) to resolve day‑to‑day issues.
• Maintain familiarity with tax regulations and compliance matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a finance role.
• Fluent Business English.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, critical‑thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent time‑management, attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in finance operations, FP&A, and financial planning.
• Background in finance‑related project management and system implementations.
