Senior eCommerce Merchandising Specialist

About the role

The Senior eCommerce Merchandising Specialist joins the Merchandising team within Cimpress' Channel organization. You will bridge product, design, operations and other stakeholders to deliver compelling marketplace experiences on Amazon EU and US, driving discoverability, conversion and overall shopping journey.

Key responsibilities

• Own GTM merchandising execution for new product launches on Amazon EU and US, from listing briefs through launch and post‑launch optimization.
• Drive marketplace SEO, including keyword research, titles, bullets, attributes, backend terms and taxonomy.
• Create and QA briefs for listing content, imagery, A+ Content, video and Brand Stores.
• Analyse traffic, CTR, conversion, search visibility and sales to generate actionable insights.
• Conduct Walk‑the‑Store and UX/CX reviews, develop A/B tests and conversion optimisation initiatives.
• Leverage AI and LLM tools for SEO, listing analysis, QA, research and workflow automation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, Amazon or marketplace management.
• Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, UX/CX and conversion drivers.
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn performance data into insights.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and comfortable challenging assumptions.
• Fluent English and strong ownership, project‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.

• Amazon Seller Central (product launches, listing optimisation, A+ Content, Brand Stores).
• Marketplace SEO tools and techniques.
• AI/LLM tools for research, analysis and automation.
• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.
• Tools such as Helium 10, Keepa, DataHawk, Jungle Scout.
• BI/dashboarding and data‑visualisation tools.
