Senior Data Scientist

About the role

FORVIA is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join its Business Transformation Studio in Tunis. The role focuses on building and operating data pipelines, mining large data sets, and delivering AI‑driven insights for automotive mobility and manufacturing efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct feasibility studies and recommend optimal technical solutions for business challenges.
• Collect, store, process, and analyze structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured data at industrial scale.
• Develop business intelligence dashboards and data visualisations to support decision‑making.
• Ensure data quality, prepare data for prescriptive and predictive modelling, and create ontologies for knowledge management.
• Collaborate with business owners, IT architects, and data scientists across the organisation.

Required profile

• Engineer or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience on large‑scale Big Data projects, including data modelling, mining and segmentation.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and communicating effectively in English.
