Senior Customer Service Representative (Order Management & Design)

About the role

Tetra Pak is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to drive order management and design handling performance within its assigned portfolio of markets. The role works on a continuous improvement approach to process improvement and is based in Tunis, Tunisia, at Tetra Pak Tunisie S.A.R.L.

Key responsibilities

• Work as a core member of the Key Account Management team to deliver business planning and strategic sales development for customers.
• Align the company's value proposition with the customer's business strategy to improve service levels, strengthen customer loyalty and integrate supply chains more efficiently.
• Interact with internal and external stakeholders such as Planning, Production, Procurement, Logistics, Quality Assurance, Sales & Marketing and Customer Representatives.
• Ensure supply chain integrity of packaging materials, covering order management, design administration, invoicing, claims, logistics and after-sales support.
• Design a customized account plan for each customer and identify continuous improvement projects that benefit both customer and company.
• Drive "easy to do business" strategies such as VMR and e-business alongside routine order management and design administration.
• Forecast and operationalize tactical sales planning to meet committed sales estimates while supporting strategic material planning.

Required profile

• 5-6 years of operational experience in the relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (Master's degree is a plus).
• Fluent French and English, verbal and written.
• Good stakeholder management and communication skills.

Required skills

• Power BI / Power Apps expertise is a plus.
