Senior Consultant - Transaction & Corporate Finance (TCF)

About the role

EY Tunisia's Transaction & Corporate Finance (TCF) team, which operates across Africa, Europe and the Middle East, is hiring a Senior Consultant for its TCF practices covering Due Diligence, Valuation, Modeling, Economics and Lead Advisory. The role sits within a global network of professionals and involves working on high-impact projects with leading clients.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in due diligence, valuation, modeling, economics and lead advisory projects.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Support clients' strategic decisions with insights, analysis and recommendations based on project findings and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions to clients.
• Guide and mentor junior team members.

Required profile

• Strong academic background such as CES Révision Comptable, CFA or Financial Analyst.
• 3-5 years of experience in Financial Audit, Transaction Services or Private Equity, preferably with significant exposure to financial services clients (banking, insurance, asset management, fintech).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work in a dynamic team.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.

Required skills

• Outstanding financial analysis, valuation and modeling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Knowledge of financial databases such as Capital IQ and Mergermarket is preferred.
