Senior Consultant – Transaction & Corporate Finance (Financial Services)

About the role

EY Tunisia is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Transaction & Corporate Finance (TCF) team, focusing on financial services clients such as banks, insurers, asset managers and fintech firms. You will work on high‑impact projects that involve due diligence, valuation, financial modeling and advisory services, helping clients make strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to due‑diligence, valuation, and financial modeling engagements for financial‑services transactions.
• Prepare detailed analytical reports and presentations for senior stakeholders.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and project findings.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Africa, Europe and the Middle East to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in financial audit, transaction services, or private equity, preferably with exposure to banking, insurance, asset management or fintech clients.
• Strong academic background (e.g., CES Révision Comptable, CFA, Financial Analyst certification).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and French.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
• Familiarity with financial databases such as Capital IQ and Mergermarket.
