Senior Consultant – Transaction & Corporate Finance (Financial Services)

About the role

EY Tunisia is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Transaction & Corporate Finance (TCF) team, focusing on financial services clients. You will work on high‑impact projects that involve due diligence, valuation, financial modeling, and strategic advisory.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in due‑diligence, valuation, modeling, economics and lead advisory engagements for banking, insurance, asset management and fintech clients.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior stakeholders, summarising findings and recommendations.
• Support clients in strategic decision‑making by analysing market trends and project outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members throughout project lifecycles.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in financial audit, transaction services or private equity, preferably with exposure to financial services.
• Strong academic background (e.g., CES Révision Comptable, CFA, Financial Analyst).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and French.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.
