Senior Billing Specialist

About the role

IEC Telecom Group is seeking a Senior Billing Specialist to join its finance team in Sousse, Tunisia. This full‑time, on‑site position oversees the complete billing cycle, ensuring invoices are accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and issue invoices in line with contracts and company policies.
• Monitor billing schedules, reconcile billing data with accounting records, and support timely revenue recognition.
• Respond to client billing inquiries, clarify invoice details, and maintain professional communication.
• Collaborate closely with finance, sales, and operations teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Document billing processes for internal controls and audit readiness.
• Identify and propose improvements to billing workflows and reporting.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing end‑to‑end billing cycles in a corporate environment.
• Strong invoicing expertise with knowledge of contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Effective communication skills for client interaction and cross‑functional teamwork.
• Foundational accounting knowledge, including revenue recognition and reconciliation.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
