Senior Account Manager – Healthcare Sector

About the role

GE HealthCare is looking for a Senior Account Manager to drive commercial growth and strengthen strategic customer partnerships across a national territory. The role involves managing and expanding key healthcare accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and developing long‑term growth strategies that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the assigned territory.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic healthcare accounts, including public hospitals, private providers and institutional stakeholders.
• Identify, develop and close new business opportunities to exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with executive decision‑makers, clinical leaders and procurement teams.
• Lead negotiations and contract execution in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with Service, Clinical Applications, Marketing, Finance and Product Specialists to deliver customer‑focused solutions.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity and industry developments to spot growth opportunities and risks.
• Support public and private tenders, coordinating the bidding and award process.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management and business planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences or a related field.
• Significant experience in sales, key account management or commercial leadership within healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals or a related industry.
• Proven track record of achieving commercial targets and managing complex sales cycles.
• Strong experience building relationships with senior‑level stakeholders and conducting contract negotiations.
• Fluent in French and English; Arabic is an asset.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the country.
