Segment Leader – Production Management

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Segment Leader to oversee a plant‑level segment within its automotive wiring systems business in Tunisia. The role focuses on driving performance, ensuring governance compliance, and fostering continuous improvement across the segment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the segment unit, meeting defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Lead direct reports, plan team activities, and respond to all operational requests.
• Define objectives, tasks, and responsibilities for team members and monitor results.
• Assess training needs, support professional development, and facilitate knowledge transfer.
• Implement measures to boost team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production‑management related position.
• Strong communication and intercultural sensitivity.
• Proven change‑management capabilities.
• Result‑oriented, motivated, resilient, and self‑organized.
• Effective conflict management and teamwork skills.
