Segment Leader – Production & Logistics

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Segment Leader to manage and supervise a segment unit within its production and logistics operations in Zaghouan, Tunisia. The role focuses on achieving defined objectives and KPIs while driving continuous improvement across the wiring industry segment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the segment organizational unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Lead direct reports, define objectives, tasks, and responsibilities, and monitor results.
• Plan regular team activities to cover all activity stages and respond to requests.
• Identify training and development needs, support professional growth, and apply measures for team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical, engineering, quality, supply chain, or management field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the wiring industry, with leadership experience highly valued.
• Fluency in French and English.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, target orientation, motivation, resilience, self‑organization, conflict management, and teamwork.
