Segment Leader – Automotive Wiring Solutions

About the role

LEONI is seeking a Segment Leader to drive performance and continuous improvement for its automotive wiring segment in Tunisia. You will manage a dedicated team, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to the company’s transformation in the mobility sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise the segment unit against defined objectives and KPIs.
• Identify improvement opportunities, provide consulting, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure adherence to standards, governance, and process execution.
• Lead direct reports, plan team activities, and allocate resources to meet all requests.
• Define team members’ objectives, monitor performance, and evaluate results.
• Identify training needs, support professional development, and promote knowledge transfer.
• Implement measures to improve team performance, flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management, and personal growth.
• Maintain functional accountability for the segment at plant level.

Required profile

• University degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the wiring industry, with proven leadership experience.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong communication, intercultural sensitivity, change‑management, result orientation, resilience, self‑organization, conflict management and teamwork skills.
