Secondary Science Teacher – Start August 2026, Tunis

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Secondary Science Teacher to join our international school in Tunis starting August 2026. The role involves delivering the Cambridge science curriculum to secondary students in a multicultural, multilingual environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, deliver and assess engaging science lessons for Years 7‑12.
• Prepare and maintain laboratory equipment and ensure health and safety standards.
• Monitor student progress, provide feedback and report to parents.
• Collaborate with colleagues across subjects to support holistic student development.
• Contribute to school-wide wellbeing initiatives and extracurricular activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related discipline.
• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or PGCE.
• Minimum five years of post‑qualification classroom experience.
• Experience in Cambridge‑based schools is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a diverse community.
