Seamstress/Tailor

About the role

The Seamstress/Tailor ensures that employee uniforms and hotel textiles meet the high standards of Four Seasons. Working on‑site, you will measure, tailor, alter, and repair garments and linens to provide a perfect fit and professional appearance for all staff.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain inventory levels of uniform pieces and ensure par levels are met.
• Measure new employees, tailor uniforms to individual measurements, and perform fitting adjustments.
• Repair and alter uniforms on an ongoing basis, addressing any deficiencies.
• Inspect, repair, and maintain bedspreads, drapes, linens, and other hotel textiles.
• Create sewn items required by operating departments.
• Assist guests with basic sewing or tailoring requests.
• Adhere to Four Seasons’ work rules and conduct standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate or diploma in Tailoring (preferred).
• Proven experience as a tailor or seamstress.
