SDA – Support Technique en Italien ou Allemand et Anglais

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist who can provide remote assistance in Italian or German and English. You will be the first point of contact for users experiencing hardware or software issues, ensuring quick resolution and a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose hardware and software malfunctions remotely.
• Configure workstations according to user requirements and perform functional tests.
• Guide users through issue resolution or take remote control of their systems.
• Escalate unresolved incidents while respecting SLA timelines and keep users informed.
• Document each intervention accurately in the incident management tool.

Required profile

• Fluent in Italian or German and English.
• Passionate about IT, with a degree in Computer Science or at least 2 years of user‑support or contact‑center experience.
• Recent graduates or career changers are welcome.
• Flexible availability across a wide schedule and interest in hybrid work.
