SAP Key User – Production & Engineering Support

About the role

The SAP Key User supports the engineering and production teams by managing and maintaining production cycles, versions and workcenters within the SAP system. Working under the supervision of the senior Key User, you will ensure that all SAP data aligns with company standards and reflects the actual manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Create, review and correct routings in SAP under supervision.
• Monitor and keep production cycles up‑to‑date, performing regular audits and correcting any discrepancies.
• Provide technical support for SAP maintenance and revisions related to engineering.
• Collaborate with production, quality and logistics departments to guarantee accurate cycle information.
• Process requests to update or modify work cycles and support other departments with SAP‑related queries.
• Ensure SAP information is current and matches real‑world production processes.

Required profile

• Works under the guidance of a senior Key User.
• Familiar with process documentation and production workflows.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience with HiPlan.
• Experience with Quarta.
• Understanding of process documentation.
