SAP BTP Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Join a dynamic team at Focus Corporation to provide technical support for customers using the SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP). You will work on troubleshooting incidents, optimizing performance, and guiding customers through secure integrations.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve customer incidents and performance issues on SAP BTP.
• Configure and maintain secure connections between SAP BTP and on‑premise or cloud environments.
• Provide technical guidance, best‑practice recommendations, and performance‑optimization advice.
• Investigate logs, traces, and diagnostic data to identify root causes.
• Reproduce issues for engineering teams and submit detailed bug reports.
• Maintain and enrich the knowledge base with solutions and troubleshooting documentation.
• Stay current with new SAP BTP services, updates, and innovations.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or related field.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
