Sales & Marketing Specialist

About the role

KB Agriculture is looking for a Sales & Marketing Specialist to support its international business development and marketing activities. The role combines export sales, customer acquisition, digital marketing and content creation, and contributes to the development of its brands, including DOCCANA and Fresh Mediterranean. It reports to the CEO and is based in Tunis, preferably Ariana.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential international customers, importers, distributors and wholesalers, and develop new business through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other channels.
• Present products, prepare quotations, follow up on commercial inquiries, maintain customer databases and manage the sales pipeline.
• Support export market development, take part in international exhibitions and B2B meetings, and coordinate with the Dubai and Tunisia teams on customer requirements.
• Create social media content (posts, stories, reels, short videos), help plan content, write copy and prepare content calendars.
• Assist with product photography, video shoots and promotional materials, and support website updates and digital marketing.
• Coordinate with PANAMEDIA and external partners on campaigns and content production.
• Research international markets, competitors and customers, report on sales, leads and marketing activity, and support commercial presentations.

Required profile

• Degree in Marketing, Business, International Trade, Agribusiness or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good command of English and French; Arabic is required.
• Strong communication and writing skills, and interest in international sales, marketing and content creation.
• Creative, proactive, organised and willing to learn.
