Sales Executive

About the role

GUST Training is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth across both B2B and B2C segments. You will be responsible for turning prospects into enrolled students and corporate clients, while collaborating closely with management and operational teams to enhance sales performance and client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming leads and convert them into enrollments.
• Prospect, negotiate, and develop partnerships with companies for corporate training programs.
• Maintain ongoing communication with prospects to ensure strong client relationships.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and conversion strategies.
• Track sales metrics, generate regular performance reports, and share insights with internal teams.
• Work with internal departments to guarantee smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer relations.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working with sales targets, KPIs, and lead follow‑up.
• Professional attitude with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Good French communication skills; English is a plus.
